Pre-Qualification For a Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) to Fly and Go EVERYWHERE you GO

1) Start Your PSD Prequalification Here: Answer these questions:
Does your dog notice when your symptoms are increasing, respond to you, and reduce your symptoms in situations in both Section A and B?
Section A- You need at least one of these situations to qualify:
Do you get anxious or overwhelmed with life, feel stuck and limited to move ahead in situations and these affect your life significantly in:
- Social Situations?
- Crowds of people?
- Flying?
- Do you have issues with energy or sleeping?
- Work stress?
- Family Issues?
- Violence or prior abuse?
- Have been through a traumatic event in your life?
2) your dog must assist you consistently with a task from at
least ONE situation in Section B:
Section B
- Does it get you out of bed if you sleep too much because of depression?
- Calms you from your anxiety worsening from stress, PTSD or panic attacks?
- Grounds you to focus back if your mind wanders or you feel detached from reality?
- Is a barrier that gets between you and others in Social situations?
- Alerts you that your anxiety and PTSD symptoms are increasing so you can deescalate your anxiety?
- Notices your anxiety increasing and applies pressure therapy to your chest or lap?
- Leads you out of an overwhelming crowded situation?
- Comes to calm an Autistic or a person with dementia before an episode worsens?
You are now Pre-Qualified for a Psychiatric Service Dog Letter
if you have met the requirements of Sections A and B.
If you have not met the requirements of both Part A and Part B call us at 760-485-6784 and we can discuss your symptoms and what your dog does to help you with them, since this list is not all-inclusive.
3) Next Step
If you are ready to schedule sessions Click to pay and complete the PSD assessment form you are ready for your PSD sessions to get your letter and to take with your dog everywhere. The link for the assessment form will be on the RECEIPT page.

4) That’s it…You’re done! Once you pay, Complete the PSD assessment form link which is on the payment receipt. We will call you to schedule your PSD sessions to have your dog with you EVERYWHERE, legally.
