Joanne Williams, LCSW is one of the most experienced Specialist in the Field of Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dogs (PSD)  She has over 30 years as a Licensed Mental Health Professional with 8 years exclusively evaluating for Emotional Support Animals and now certifying for Psychiatric Service Dogs with the change in the airlines regulations to fly. 

You must have an address in California, Oregon, Texas or Florida to be evaluated. She is Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, CA. License # 22409, Texas License #66680, Oregon # L7415 and Florida # 15846.  

• For Flying and all public places you will need a PSD letter.
• For Housing you will need an ESA letter.

Once qualified you will receive an Official ESA or PSD  Letter, with everything included in the letter that is needed for Air Travel, all public places and for “No Pet” housing.
