What does the federal laws say?

3 Federal Laws allow you to have your ESA or PSD Animals in your residence, on planes and in public places

1. The Fair Housing Act (FHA)
The FHA makes it unlawful for a housing provider to refuse to make a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability to have equal opportunity to enjoy the use of the dwelling with their verified Emotional Support Animal (ESA).

2. Take Your Dog in All Public Places
Americans With Disabilities Act allows a Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) to go everywhere with you once qualified.

3. Fly with Your PSD
Air Carriers Access Act (ACAA) allows a PSD according to DOT regulations the new airlines regulations since 2020.
